This concluding episode of the star-studded edition of The Traitors was mistakenly made available by international broadcasters prior to its planned UK broadcast on Thursday night, as confirmed official sources.
It is understood that the finale was watched by a few hundred viewers of the streaming service Crave in Canada; they could view it for a couple of hours until it was taken down.
The installment being released was not a mistake by the original broadcaster, and a representative for the company urged those who think they have discovered the outcome of the series to "refrain from posting potential spoilers".
